*Check in at least 4 hours before departure.
*after arrival to Madinah airport, the Pilgrims will be taken to the waiting hall in the airport.
*Please, expect a waiting period of between two & four hours depending on the number of Pilgrims coming at that time.
*When your turn comes, customs agents will call you to the booth, they will check your visa & get some information from you & then they will ask you to pick up your luggage (your luggage will be in the same hall that the customs agents are in).
*You will pick up your luggage & proceed to the checkpoint where they will conduct a routine search of all the bags.

5 days of Hajj begins:
*Put on Ihram garments again from the accommodation (there is no need in going to Miqat again).
*Make intention for Hajj

*Remain in Mina during the Tarwiah Day & perform the 5 prayers starting from the Zuhr prayer & ending with the Fajr prayer on the day of Arafat.
*All the prayers are shortened (Except Maghrib & Fajr) & offered at their proper times.

Day of arafat:
*After Fajr prayer in Mina, proceed to Arafat.
*The Imam leads Zuhr & Asr prayers, combined & shortened, at Zuhr time with one Azan & two Iqamah.
*Time will be spent in prayer & supplications until sunset

  • Patience - Abundance of it
  • For men - IHRAM, *2 pairs of unstitched sheets *One belt for the lower part of Ihram *2 pairs of good quality sandals that expose the upper bone of the feet
  • For women - there is no designated special clothes for IHRAM. It is their normal clothers
  • Except Ihram, 3 more sets of normal clothes (suitable for hot & humid climate)
  • Cotton based sleeping garments
  • Towel
  • Normal shoe or sports trainers with socks & a bag to carry the shoe when visiting mosques
  • Undergarments
  • Umbrella
  • Cardigan or something similar
  • Bag or belt for documents & money
  • If you are on medication then take enough to last your trip plus 10 days extra
  • If you are on medication, take your prescription & copy of your medical report in case of emergency
  • Normal hygiene items included - toothbrush, paste, perfume, comb, cream, soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc.
  • If you require spectacles, please take an extra pair for contingencies


  • If you pay before the beginning of Ramadan, you'll take a discount of 11%

We use part of our profit from the Umrah and Hajj packages to support the Quran Project organization in printing and distributing free copies of the Quran to new and non Muslims.
